3. Customised & Personalised Orders

Eluria offers customisation options on selected products. Customers may request personalised changes or additions such as:

  • Design or styling preferences requested by the customer

Important:

All customised or personalised orders are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Once a customised order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

All prices listed on the Eluria website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and customisation requirements. Customised products may require additional processing time.

Eluria is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For non-customised products, returns or exchanges may be accepted as per Eluria’s return policy, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable on customised or personalised orders.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must contact Eluria within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
