Return & Exchange Policy

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order with Eluria.

1. General Policy

At Eluria, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that every product is delivered in perfect condition. Our return and exchange policy applies only to eligible products as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Return or exchange requests may be accepted only if:

The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

3. Customised & Personalised Products

Products that are customised or personalised as per customer request (including customised jewellery designs, personalised elements, special add-ons such as chocolates, soft toys, gift packaging, or any made-to-order product) are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Once a customised order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Eluria within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, Eluria may offer a replacement or exchange at its sole discretion.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Customised or personalised products
Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
Products returned without original packaging or invoice
Requests raised after the allowed return window

6. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

No refunds are applicable on customised or personalised orders.
